Immigration Evaluations

An Immigration Evaluation is a psychosocial assessment and written report to help describe a person’s history, adversity, and mental health concerns.  Elizabeth prepares Immigration Evaluations to assist in the following cases:

  • UVisa/TVisa

  • VAWA

  • Asylum

  • Hardship

  • Cancellation of Removal

As a trauma informed therapist, Elizabeth creates a warm and welcoming environment for her clients.  The process involves scheduling two visits. The first visit entails a thorough clinical interview, gaining insight into your history.  The second visit may involve more interview, and standardized questionaires.  Elizabeth will gather information in order to explore physical and mental health history, collect additional documents, and make recommendations. The whole process should take up to 3 weeks time.  She offers payment plans to help with the strain of any cost.  Appointments are available by telehealth or in person at the office in English or Spanish. Feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consult with Elizabeth to ask any questions about the process.
